03 / THE REBUILD

Built twice.
The second time,
on principle.

Neil never followed a conventional timeline. He graduated high school at fifteen and earned his first college degree at seventeen. He entered mortgage lending as a teenager, admittedly drawn by the financial upside.

Then 2008 arrived. Like so many others, he watched the market turn and the banks foreclose on properties of his own. The experience stripped the business down to its human consequence: every file represented a family, a future, and a promise that had to hold.

“The loan is temporary.
The relationship isn’t.”

He rebuilt around the opposite principle from the one that first attracted him: the client would come before the transaction. The practice grew by staying useful long after closing—through direct counsel, disciplined execution, and an insistence on telling borrowers what they needed to know.

04 / ON SCREEN

The places.
The people.
The story.

The American Dream TV looks beyond listings to the culture of a place. As host, Neil brings his real estate fluency and natural curiosity to conversations across Southern California.

FOR BORROWERS

Clarity when the stakes are high.

Complex income, jumbo financing, and consequential property decisions require more than a rate quote. Neil’s role is to make the complete picture understandable—and the next move deliberate.

FOR REAL ESTATE PARTNERS

Execution that protects the relationship.

High-producing agents need a lending partner who communicates early, solves problems directly, and understands that every closing reflects on everyone at the table.
